Combat Application Tourniquet

The North American Rescue Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T) Gen 7 is a true one-handed tourniquet proven 100% effective by the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research. The official tourniquet of the U.S. Army since 2005, it uses a durable windlass system with a patented free-moving internal band that provides true circumferential pressure to the extremity.

The Gen 7 features a reinforced beveled stabilization plate, a large-diameter windlass rod with aggressive ribbing for secure grip, and a single routing buckle for fast application and effective slack removal. CoTCCC approved and exceeds ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2021 standards.
